The evaporator/heating chamber adopts spiral design to accelerate liquid settlement, quickly realize gas-liquid separation, and reduce material loss.
The negative pressure discharge pump can freely switch the circulation and discharge mode, and realize the secondary evaporation of the material that has not been completely evaporated. Especially suitable for materials with high solvent content.
The three-stage plate heat exchanger is used to condense steam, and the first stage heat exchanger preheats the material to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.
The whole process of evaporation can be visualized, and the pipeline and evaporation chamber are equipped with sight glasses to observe the evaporation process in real time.
