Introduction
Automatic self-cleaning filter is a vertical electric brush or scraper filter, with optional shell materials of carbon steel and stainless steel 304 or 316, and optional filter screen materials of 304 or 316 stainless steel. It is highly efficient and corrosion-resistant, suitable for harsh environments, high oil content, and high water fouling loads.
it`s working principle is: the motor drives the stainless steel brush to suck up dirt from the water, clean the dirt, and discharge the dirt from the drain valve.

The Self Cleaning Process
During the self-cleaning process, the filtered cleaning water continues to flow, and the equipment's water supply is uninterrupted. The drainage valve is opened, and the motor drive brush or scaper to sweep the inner surface of the cylindrical screen, causing the dirt particles trapped on the screen to be washed away by the brush or scraper and flow out of the drainage valve.
The whole process takes about 20-30 seconds.
